APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS P0LICY

You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

SAME DAY RESCHEDULING OR CANCELLATIONS are considered NO SHOWS 

NO-SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

Our staff works hard to offer you an appointment that is convenient for both you and your family. If circumstances prevent you from keeping your appointment, please call or text 815-980-2502 at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. New clients the 50% deposit IS NON-REFUNDABLE. If rescheduled or cancel prior to 24 hour notice this deposit will be applied toward your future service and is non-refundable.

We require 24 HOUR NOTICE for ANY rescheduled or cancelled appointments. If you do not contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel, Same day reschedules or cancellation appointments are considered a NO CALL/ NO SHOW and after the first No Call/No Show you will be required to prepay 50% of any services you would like to schedule and will be non-refundable.

In the case of "2" Same Day Rescheduling/ Cancellations or No Call/No Show you will be required to pay for any service(s) you would like to have in full and will be non-refundable per cancellation policy!

PROCESSING FEES

Due to high cost of Credit Card processing fees you will be charged a processing fee of $5.00 for any charges  up to $100.00 and $10.00 for any charges over $100.00, $20.00 charge for any charges over $200.00.

We recommend paying any gratuities with cash.

We also recommend paying by cash.

 

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty IF WE ARE NOTIFIED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT  for your safety and that of other clients..

Please, if you or your children or sick with the flu, strep, etc please reschedule!

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, Depending upon how late you arrive your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to do your services. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full amount of services scheduled.

 

GRATUITY

Typically, gratuity at a spa is calculated the same way as is commonly done at restaurants, 20% or more if you feel you received excellent care. Also remember gratuities are based on the full service price, regardless of discounts provided.

 

RETAIL SALES

  An un-opened product may be exchanged for a product of equal value within 3 Business Days.

  ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL ~ NO REFUNDS

  Includes Spa Packages (where applicable)

 

PerFections! GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY 

PerFections! Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason.

Gift Certificates are only valid toward services, not valid toward products and they cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.

Please present your PerFections! Gift Certificate upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your certificate’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your certificate; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Must be used before the expiration date.

PerFections! is not responsible for certificates that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. PerFections! Gift Certificates are the property of PerFections!

Gift Certificates do not include a gratuity and balances cannot be used for tipping.

Gift Certificates expire one year from date of purchase. No exceptions!

 

  RULES APPLY TO EVERYONE!

MUST be 18 years of age or have a parental consent signed in person to receive any service.

 May use ONE DISCOUNT PER VISIT.

Coupons are NOT VALID with any other discount or any other special.

Any discounted specials, package deals, or prepaid services MUST BE USED within 60 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. 

Daily specials are ONLY VALID on that SPECIFIC DAY and may NOT be purchased to use at a later date.

NO CHILDREN under the age of 18 UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVING A SERVICE and then they MUST be accompanied by an adult. 

ONLY the person receiving the treatment is allowed in the treatment room at time of service.

All package deals MUST be used on same person who made the purchase and are non-transferable.

Packaged Deals are not valid with any other discount.

Coupons/Discounts/credits are not valid with packages deals.

All sales are final. No refunds on any services, products or gift certificates.

We are not responsible for items left, lost or stolen.
